Overview
The package carries third-generation Oryon cores with Adreno X2 graphics and a Hexagon NPU for Copilot+ laptops. Memory is soldered LPDDR5X shared between CPU, GPU and NPU.
BGA 2620 spans the 12-core Elite models, the 6 and 10-core Plus models and the 18-core X2E-90-100. The soldered design fixes the configuration at purchase.
